M.V. Pelletier , Inc. has been serving the residents of Frederick and Washington Counties since 1991. Our mission is to provide the highest quality remodeling services available, while maintaining customer service that is unmatched in the industry. To enhance the service they provide, Mark V. Pelletier, owner of MVP, has earned the designations of CGR (Certified Graduate Remodelor), CAPS (Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist) to assist families with specialized needs and CGP (Certified Green Professional).
Our professional team will impress you with the methods we have designed to allow you to relax and enjoy the transformation of your home. Our construction team consists of a Production Manager, Lead Carpenters, Carpenters and Carpenter Helpers.
Our in-house design services use computer technology which enables us to show 3-D pictures of your project before we even start. This helps you to visualize your new space.
Before and during your project we keep in constant communication so you will be aware of what’s going to happen and when it will happen. We have designed the following to make this process easier:
* Customer Surveys - allow us to measure and monitor performance, and adjust accordingly to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction.
* Check Lists - provide efficient documented use of our time to keep us on track and within the scope of work.
* Job Site Books - communication tool to relay feedback or answer questions, enabling the homeowner to ask questions during all phases of construction.
* Job Site Board - monitors and displays project information and coordinates sub-contractors for changes in scope of work.
